And the winner is...

Eli

We raised approx $190 towards Eli's orphanage donation fee

and

Bonnie Yoakum is the happy owner of the Video Camera

Thank you everyone that supported us!!!

If you didn't get your chance or want to help more

Eli does have a puzzle fundraiser going to continue to raise his orphanage donation fee.
Each piece is $5 to sponsor and we will write your name on the back. Then after we get all the pieces sponsored, we will put it together and in a double sided glass frame to show him all the people that helped bring him home.
You can donate via Chip-In Bring Eli Home or via Paypal to adventure4eli@gmail.com and specify "Gift for Eli's Puzzle"
This has been a quiet reflective weekend for me
Yesterday marked 9 months since we first saw Eli's picture & this video of him
Thus falling in LOVE with him!
As I think about the last nine months and this adoption process
all the work, prayer, blessings, sweat & tears, I realize this is WORSE than pregnancy & labor!
and I didn't like enjoy either of those...
But the end result was always worth it
and I can't wait for this end result
I want to hold my boy in my arms
The above picture may be one of my favorite pics of Eli
Why? You ask
because that red book in his hand, is the photo album we sent him introducing our family
and the box the lady in the picture is holding is the keyboard we sent him...
he loved the photo album of his family more!
Thus the end result will be worth the wait...
"But those who wait on the Lord
Shall renew their strength;
They shall mount up with wings like eagles,
They shall run and not be weary,
They shall walk and not faint."
Isaiah 40:31
May God bless all the givers tenfold
and may we all WAIT on the Lord.
Sincerely,
Sherry

  2. Praying for your family on this exciting journey! We are in the process of adopting two little guys, and our youngest son was born with PA also.
